Before jumping into Foundations, we want to make sure your training starts on the right path. During this free 30-minute one-on-one session with Cliff (owner and head coach), you’ll sit down to talk about your fitness background, your goals, and any injuries or limitations. This isn’t a workout — it’s a chance for us to get to know you, answer your questions, and recommend the best next step. Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, athletic performance, or just feeling better day-to-day, this consult helps us create a clear starting point so you feel confident moving into Foundations and beyond.
Cancellation Policy
Our free 30-minute intro session is all about you -- no workout, no pressure. It's a chance to meet Cliff, see the space, talk about your goals, and find the best fit for what you're looking for. Please book ahead so we can make sure Cliff has time set aside just for you. If something comes up, we just ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else.
