Dress in your best Christmas outfit! - Ugly sweaters, Santa hats, Elf vibes... The more festive the better!

The Crossfit Open
The CrossFit Open is a three-week community event for athletes of all levels. Workouts are released on Thursdays and done at the gym on Fridays, with classes split so everyone judges one heat and completes one heat.
Coaching and scaling are provided, so you can participate your way — try one workout, all three weeks, or anything in between. All levels welcome, registration optional.

January Bring a Friend
We’re doing another Members Bring a Friend WOD on Saturday, January 31st at 11:00am
Cliff will be programming a fun team workout that’s simple, beginner-friendly, and easy to scale — but don’t worry… it definitely won’t be easy
Everyone will still get a great workout in, no matter the level.
It’s a great chance to show someone what CrossFit is really like, introduce them to the community, and sweat together.
